Nursing education consists of classroom and clinical training to demonstrate competence based on theoretical concepts learned. However, there is a lack abilities demonstrated knowledge gained from pre-qualified nursing the preparation new graduates. Furthermore, graduates often believe that lessons learned do not reflect actualities faced in fields. This discrepancy known as theory-practice gap among graduate nurses who are theoretically but practically equipped apply theory practice environment.
